Cancellation Policy
The customer will carefully read the itinerary, final price and cancellation policy. By booking a tour, the Customer agrees to all terms and conditions:
For half-day or 1-day tours that do not include accommodation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.
For trips of 2 days or more than 2 days that include accommodation:
If you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 4 and 6 days before your scheduled departure, a 20% cancellation fee is charged.
If you cancel within 3 days of your scheduled departure or No Show, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
Please send us an e-mail at office@getawaytravel.ro or call us at (+40.721.740.872) and (+40.787.558.166) if you want to cancel the reservation. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation by email, please call us. We are not responsible if your email message did not reach us.
